I'm still not on the HCG drops, and I got the weird " I don't feel right" your-body-hates-you feeling. Two spoons of sugar fixed me right up - that was about 3pm.
Then I headed to the store and to meet my sister. She's done the diet before and gave me some tips like cheat day, bad day 800 calorie day and flavored seltzer water.
I had a little cheat supper with a sushi/sashimi combo and then had a "baby" (smallest order size) peanut butter yogurt. She said I should drink 4 glasses of water to help flush it all out and that wouldn't ruin anything, but I probably wouldn't see a "loss" on the scale.
...but I did. 202.4 on the morning of day 5.
